AGV laser forklift is a kind of automatic guiding vehicle which adopts laser scanner as positioning and navigation module. It is an important equipment in logistics and transportation system. In the navigation mode, laser guided AGV has higher positioning accuracy than other guidance methods. There are three main independent working modes: manual, automatic and semi-automatic. 1. Artificial model. This mode is equivalent to a manual forklift truck, which can complete forward, backward, steering, lifting and descending functions through the knob switch on the handle. When the AGV appears abnormal circumstances such as map loss, this mode can be used to ensure the safety of the whole system of the laser forklift AGV.
2. Semi-automated mode A test mode used to determine the location of a point on a specified path in the working environment, usually indicated by an audio-visual signal when close to the target point.
3. Automated models. That is, the normal working mode of the laser forklift AGV, including automatic feeding, unloading, waiting, charging. After the AGV trolley is networked with the dispatch management system, it will first enter the standby mode. When the AGV forklift switches to the pick-up operation mode, the dispatching management system sends out the pick-up instruction and moves to the corresponding pick-up operation point according to the predetermined path trajectory. After receiving the unloading task of the scheduling management system, the laser forklift AGV enters the unloading state and arrives at the unloading site along the path planned by the scheduling management system to complete the corresponding unloading operation. When an obstacle is encountered during driving, it will enter the waiting state and issue a warning to the dispatching system. The system will resume normal work and continue to perform the previous task until the obstacle disappears on the driving path
